Heidi Klum has rightly earned the title of “the German supermodel”. Alongside Claudia Schiffer, she is the most famous model from Germany. In the meantime, however, she earns her money through clever self-marketing. Heidi Klum’s estimated net worth is 130 million euros . According to the American magazine Forbes, her earnings are increasing every year. While she earned around 5.8 million euros in 2006, it was around 15 million euros in 2011. In 2020, Heidi Klum will earn around 18 million euros. In August 2019, the model married for the third time in her life. She gave the “YES” word to Tokio Hotel Star Tom Kaulitz on the island of Capri.

Heidi Klum was born on June 1, 1973 in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany. Her career began in 1992 on the Gottschalk Late Night show. As the name suggests, the show was  moderated by Thomas Gottschalk. The Model ’92 competition was held on this television show. The then 19-year-old student was the winner among 25,000 applicants. The prize was a 3-year contract as a model. Her career breakthrough came in 1998 with her on the cover of Sports Illustrated.

In 1997, the German married star hairdresser Ric Pipino, who was 14 years her senior. They lived together in New York, but 6 years later they were divorced. From the ensuing relationship with Flavio Briatore, she gave birth to a daughter in 2004. However, Briatore denies paternity and the relationship was short-lived. In 2005 he married singer Seal Samuel. From this marriage followed two sons and then a daughter.

In 2008 she took on German citizenship as well as US citizenship. In 2009, she applied for a name change to Heidi Samuel – to match her husband’s surname. In 2012, she reverted to the surname Klum after the couple split. In 2012 they divorced. From early 2014 to September 2017, Heidi was in a relationship with Vito Schnabel , 13 years her junior , an influential art dealer, also very wealthy.
