Corey + Kevin Adelman are identical twin brothers originally from northern New Jersey. Kevin attended Ithaca College in 2010 and studied in Bolivia as part of his schooling. After living on and off in Bolivia for two years, Latin culture and Latin food became an obsession. Corey joined Kevin in Ithaca in 2015 and they began creating the concept for Bickering Twins while continuing to train in a handful of local restaurant kitchens.

After testing the concept for 2 years by hosting weekly “pop-up” dinners at the Lincoln Street Diner and Carriage House Cafe, they decided to open a restaurant together. Bickering Twins reflects their love of cooking and their desire to bring the flavors and ingredients of Latin America to Ithaca.
